Mawa cake has been a quick much for people during tea time as snacks. This Christmas you can try this cake at home for your kids and family.<br /><br />Ingredients:<br />(Serves 6)<br />- 100 gms Butter<br />- 100 gms Powdered Sugar<br />- 2 Eggs<br />- 100 gms All-Purpose Flour<br />- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda<br />- 100 gms Mawa<br />- 1/2 cup Milk<br />- 1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder<br />- Butter Paper<br /><br />Method:<br />1. Take butter, powdered sugar and eggs in a bowl; beat this mixture for around 5 mins.<br />2. Take another bowl, add all-purpose flour, baking soda and mawa into it and mix it well.<br />3. Mix both this mixture together in a bowl and add milk to it for consistency then add cardamom powder to it, and mix well.<br />4. Now take a cake tin, apply butter paper and pour the cake batter into it. Spread it properly throughout to let it set.<br />5. Pre-heat the oven at 180 Degree Celcius for 5 mins and then put the cake tin into it for 25 minutes to bake.<br />6. Once the cake is baked, remove it in a place and let it cool down for 10 minutes.<br />7. After it is cooled down, cut the cake and serve it!
